What Causes Pain And Weakness In Left Arm?

I have had pain and weakness in my left arm for about the last 2 hours. I can t lift it more than even with my shoulder. I work on a computer on and off all day, so I have neck and shoulder discomfort a lot. I m not confused, don t have any facial drooping, dizziness or trouble walking. What s up with this?
