What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation On The Finger Tips?

my healthy 9 year old son woke up 8 days ago saying his fingertips and palms of his hand hurt and that he felt pins & needles . I took him to the pediatrician, Hospital Emergency Room, Pediatric Spine Specialist, Neurologist, Rheumotologist this past week. He had a spine MRI (c5 & c6 protruding), blood test showing ASO Titer 10 times higher than usual. All doctors are saying that C5 & C6 disc not causing problem with hands. My son had strep 4 times in Jan - March 2016 & tonsils removed in June 2016. My son tested negative for lyme disease. Is this high ASO Titer causing problem with hands? Doctors now sending my son to 3rd blood test checking ASO Titer again, rheumtoid, Vitamin D, and many other things. He had a strep test 2 days ago and I should get results today. What is going on? He can t hold a pencil, turn a door knob, zip a zipper??? HELP
