What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation During Urination?

Hi. I have been having this tingling and then now when I am almost done using the bathroom it hurts and it feels like I have to push I know it sounds weird and then I can feel more urine come down but nothing comes out and I go to the bathroom like every 5 minutes and I have the Mirena iud if that matters

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain and tingling sensation during urination . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query urinary tract infection , constipation , diabetic ketoacidosis ,muscle strain , polycystic kidney disease and panic attack . I would suggest you to consult urologist . If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem .For keep yourself stress free .
