What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Legs And Feet?

I am a healthy 54 yr old female Exercise daily, healthy diet active lifestyle and do not show my age. I have a history of vasculitis and rheumatoid arthritis from grandmother/mother. I am experiencing throbs in my legs and feet at night and am stiff and barely able to walk to bathroom in middle of night. Please advise

I have studied your case and I can understand your anxiety. If your parents has these disorder and you are also having such symptoms I would suggest you to show it to rheumatologist and get few tests like ESR, CRP and RA factor. These test will clear any doubt about these disease.
Also I would recommend you to take calcium and vitamin D3 daily. If there is any pain than you can also take Brufen apply voletran ointment.
