What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Finger Joints?

I have joint pain in my fingers. no swelling just soreness. makes it hard to make a tight fist especially in the right hand. taking ibuprofen does relieve it for short periods. assuming this is arthritis? I am 55 and very active. this discomfort began about 2 weeks ago but has not improved

Your sore finger joints can be due to arthritis or calcium &/vitamin D deficiency.
You need pathological tests - Rheumatic factor/ serum calciuym / serum vitamin D estimation to know the cause
