What Causes Pain And Pressure In Between Scrotum And Anus?

I m having pain in between my scrotum and anus..it doesn t happen all the time but when I sit or lay on my back it will worsen..I feel pressure..I had a prostate exam about 6 months ago and it was said to be normal..although at night I have the urge to urinate even when hardly anything comes out but a few drops..also sometimes it s hard to get my urine to start..it doesn t really burn though ever..any idea what it could be? Prostatis? Some kind of infection?
