What Causes Pain And Pressure In Abdomen Along With Frequent Urination?

Hi. I am a 40 year old woman who has had a complete hysterectomy. In the past few days, I have had horrible pain and pressure in my lower middle abdomen. It doesn t hurt to urinate but I have to go quite often and my urine is pretty dark. Could I possibly have a UTI?
