What Causes Pain And Pressure Behind The Right Eye?

For about the last month I have felt at time pressure behind my right eye off and on sometimes causing a spasm sensation. Then yesterday I began to feel and hear a heartbeat sound in my left ear. The ear sounds went away when I went to sleep and they came back again tonight.

It is neurophysiology disorder. both eye are to be examined like refraction measurement of IOP and fundus examination. Cup disc ratio is to be examined if required field to be traced Heart beat sounds are pulsation communicated through blood vessel . Ithas no clinical signification.

This could potentially be a symptom of increase pressure in your head. I would recommend going to an ophthalmologist.
