For the last week I have had a "crampy" feeling in my right testicle. Almost like someone kicked me there hours before, but no one did. I went to my Dr and he checked everything out and found nothing serious. He gave me some antibiotics for a possible infection. I'm probably just freaking out, but I've taken them now for 4 days and it's still there. Plus now there is a "pins and needles" feeling that comes and goes. Could this be stress related at all, because I have been going through a lot of emotional stress? Or am I just jumping the gun and should wait for the antibiotics to work. Thanks for any help!
