What Causes Pain And Numbness In Wrist, Palm And Hand?
Today from my wrist, palm, and hand felt some numbness and pain that lasted about 4 or 5 minutes than it went away. A few minutes later my right wrist, palm, and hand did the same for about 4 or 5 minutes. this has happened before and I don t know what to make of it. Should I be concerned?

you may be having compression of the blood vessels near your wrist .please check out the position of your wrist as soon as you experience the pain. and also please do change your hand movements frequently.so that blood vessels near carpel tunnel are not getting blocked.
