Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having lumbar spondylitis. In this condition there is nerve compression in the spine and that causes pain and tingling and numbness in leg. To confirm this diagnosis you will need MRI.
I would like to suggest you to follow these stages.
1.Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine tablet daily.
2.lumbar belt support.
3 Pelvic traction exercises
4. Avoid using lifting very high weight or forward bending.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
