What Causes Pain And Numbness In Right Arm?

I had numbness and pain in my right arm all day today, initially tingling under the elbow and now primarily the upper arm/shoulder area. My upper arm just feels like someone has thumped me and given me a dead arm. I initially had tingling and an odd sensation in the same arm 2 weeks ago today on a flight but have had no problems since. I haven t injured it in anyway. I m not sure whether to just try a muscle ease gel on it?

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are having numbness and pain in your right arm . Its symptomatic treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief . It may be due to any nerve compression,it will gradually recover .Mecobalamin will be helpful in recovery.
