What Causes Pain And Numbness In Left Arm With Dizziness And High BP?

I woke up last night with pain and numbness-tingling in my left arm. Now I m dizzy and flushed, BP is high. I m in the middle of nowhere in Alaska, not sure what to do. The tingling in my arm has happened 5 times in the last several days. I m worried.

HI,you have not mentioned how much BP is ??? Mildly elevated BP can be treated by low salt intake and life style modification.If moderate to high elevated BP(esp.>160/140) take drug for BP control(ex.enalapril or amlodipine).Better get yr BP measured by physian and consult it if available.
