Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern.
In my opinion the headaches you have may be caused be contraction of the head muscles. It may be just stress or a wrong position of your neck during the day. But it may also be caused by possible degenerative problems of the cervical column vertebra and disks.
I would recommend a cervical column x ray , to examine better this part of your column. The twitches on your limbs and body may also be related with a cervical disc problem.
Hope to have been of help.
Best wishes!
