What Causes Pain And Itching In The Vagina?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Itching, vaginal pain and white discharge could be avaginal infections.
It could be yeast, chlamydia.
Consult the gynecologist and go for swab test and urine test to rule out infection.
Doctor will give following advices:
Take single dose treatment of azithromycin + tinidazole + fluconazole
Take vaginal suppository clingen and lactobacillus
Wash the vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Use vagisil cream to maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Avoid excessive sweets in diet
Wear pure cotton loose inner
Take healthy diet with vitamin supplements for improve immunity
Drink plenty of water for better systemic circulation
