Simple hemorrhage can occur at any places of the body. But hemorrhage with pain in joint should be investigated in detail. I advice you to check for your blood pressure if its high than you should start the anti hypertensive therapy. X ray of the knee joint is also necessary it will guide us regarding hemarthrosis. Which requires surgical aspiration. Please restrict the movement of the knee until the complete picture is not clear. You can take the aceclofenac tablet under your doctors guidance.
