What Causes Pain And Inflammation Of Tendons In Fingers?

Hi, I appear to have tendonitis in both arms down to wrists. I have taken arcoxia for inflammation but it did not do much. I am allergic to aspirin. I stretch regularly and I am resting. The pain fluctuates and the tendons feel sore and burn often The little finger and finger next to it sometimes get a tingling feeling when resting. Can you advise
