What Causes Pain And Discomfort Under Rib Cage?

I have a pain in lower rhs of my back and discomfort in my rhs under rib cage and lower. Doc prescribed Celebrex and Panadol 2 days ago. This has made no difference. I have taken laxettes and emptied bowels yesterday. Bloods and urine tests have been done yesterday also - result of urine is all clear . I am a little concerned that it may be something sinister. I am female 64 yo and normally in very good health.

I really appreciate your concern, muscular spasm may be the likely cause for this and it can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, try to maintain good posture, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
