What Causes Pain And Cramps In The Right Hand Around Thumb And Palm?

I have random pain, cramping, indentation, and sometimes bruising for no reason in my right hand in the fatty tissue around thumb and palm. There is also strange phantom like pain in my bicep off and on! Burning sensation in shoulder and between second and third toe.

this appears to be anxiety neurosis. if at all they are neurological symptoms. can start tab neurobion forte for 30days,can also take inj neurobion on alt day for ten days.
