What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation On Penis?

Hi I m having a personal problem it started out as a stinging feeling in the bottom part of my penis toward the tip only when I have an erection. Also it s a little bit of a burning feeling when I urinate. It s been about a week now and there is just itching now on the inside of my pens. I am sexually active with only one women which is my fiance and she has no symptoms so I hope it s not her cheating on me that gave me this problem but I don t know can u please help me with some answers

Helo! Thank you for writing us here.
Its more likely to be an infection. Symptoms like burning pain while urinating, urgency, increase frequency of urination are signs of urinary tract infection (more precisely lower UTI) I would suggest you to take antibiotics. Cotrimoxazole would do good. Its available in market with brand name AUBRIL 500 mg which you have to take for 3 days. Two tablets two times a day for 2 days and on third day you just have to take one.
You'll be alright after the course I'm sure.
