Uhm, well I was raped by my Ex boyfriend. Then a couple of days after I started to get burning when I pee, swollen, itichy feeling and discomfort around my vagina. I went to my doctor and said I was positive for chlyamida. He prescribed me some antibiotics. The pain went away for about three days but then came back and it hurts more. Today while I used the bathroom I noticed a bloody discharge coming from my clothes. But now I don t know what to do or what this mean.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would ask you to report the bleeding to your doctor immediately and get necessary attention. Your symptoms suggest that you are experiencing urinary tract infection along with vaginitis. I would suggest having urinalysis and if necessary culture tests to look for antibiotic sensitivity. You can also used Flavoxate to relieve the strangury. The vaginal infection should be reviewed to see where the blood is coming from. It can also be from the urethra secondary to trauma and infection. Perineal and vaginal tears also should be looked for. Please do not use tampons or strong soap solutions. Give adequate rest to the parts. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
