What Causes Pain After Urinating While On Suprapubic Catheterization?

i have been using a suprapubic catheter now for 6 mo but i can pee on my own. over the last week to 2 weeks my urine is cloudy and about 3 days ago my back started to hurt on the right side by my waist area. I have pain AFTER urinating with or without the tube not during and this back pain which is really bad right now. What is wrong

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible bladder infection.
2. Get urine microscopy done. If positive for infection, culture and sensitivity necessary for identification of appropriate antibiotic.
3. Possible stone evaluation necessary, get an ultrasound abdomen done.
