What Causes Outbreak Of Itchy Hives All Over The Body?
I have had what behaves like hives or mosquito bites ongoing cycling on and off in eruption for last 4 years! The itchy bumps started on my scalp, I would itch them and they would scab over and more would surface. I thought it was lice, but it is not. I then started getting them on my hairline, neck, shoulders, and upper back. I do not have any below the bra line. I did just recently get the lowest bump on my upper left arm. I now have scars all over my shoulders and back from these things. I just had a biopsy done on one on my scalp and need to go in when one fresh one surfaces on back or arm. The neck and chest are not good areas to biopsy for scaring. Any advice would be great! We do not have bed bugs, new mattress and I checked for bugs. I do not have anything between fingers and toes or anything below bra strap anywhere on my body. They are just on the scalp, neck, shoulders, back and chest and now upper arm.

It looks like you have Psoriasis or some allergy which may be from but not limited to animal dander, pollens, pets, food etc etc
You need to be extra careful to see what may have caused it. If no source found, allergy excluded.
Stop using your shampoo, and soap. Replace the shampoo with Steiprox that is best shampoo for you. And instead of using soap, taka a bath with Oatmeal milk and honey body wash. Don't use scented soaps and shampoos anymore.
Apply Dermarest creamon itchy areas of the body. Use over the counter available Scalp itch relief spray liquid for the scalp itch relief soothingly and comfortably.
