What Causes Outbreak Of Hives Post Intake Of Excedrin Migraine?

I had headache for two (2) days. Second day I took two Excedrin Migraine - within
30 minutes headache was gone. One hour later, my lips swelled up at least 4 times normal size. I thought they would burst. the swelling spread to my eyelids, under my eyes, corners of my eyes and both sides of my nose. Later, under my nose. I broke out in hives. I went home and took 4 benedryl, then 2 more before bed. The swelling eventually was gone by end of third day. However, the night of the third day - all of a sudden my throat swelled - it hurt - and scared me. Broke out in hives again.

As per your complain it seems that you have got a severe allergic reaction to Exceeding leading to swelling and hives..
As the swelling is recurring as well as you have got swelling in throat you need immediate medical assistance as swelling in the throat can cause breathing difficulties therefore you should immediately consult an Emergency Room or your treating physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be done..
You can be advised injection of steroid to reduce the symptoms..
It will be followed by Oral anti allergics and steroids..
Drink plenty of water and take sufficient rest..
