Welcome to HCM.
You have disturbed digestion pattern because of severe acidity.
Watery stool might be due to development of intestinal infection.
Go for cbc, stool, and urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
Otherwise start rebeprazole with domperidone .
Antacid liquid will be helpful.
Lactic acid bacillus is advisable.
Start proper antibiotic if needed under guidance of your treating doctor.
Avoid oily,spicy ad junk food.
Eat more liquid and high fiber diet.
Drink more water and liquids.
