Dear doctors, I am taking care of my grandmother. She used to be a diabetic patient but no longer there. She has saggy breasts and this recent days it has open wound. I feel bad every time I have to clean it because she s in pain. It was wet and smell so bad. The first day I came to visit I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and I m glad I m still alive today. She really had an excuse to kill me that day. But it was so stink I know it had to be clean. I dried it with towel and sprinkled the gold bond medicated body powder. Now I really am trying to heal the open wound before I go back from my holiday. It s almost time to get back to work. What should I do now? There s some open wound in the folds groin area too. It looks the same with the one under her breast. Is there any treatment that can heal it fast??? Thanks in advance for the advice.
