What Causes Open Sores Inside The Vaginal And Rectal Wall?

Hello, a month before, I didn t have my period for four months. Now that I have it, the second day I was on, I experienced symptoms such as lost of appetite, fever, chills, back pain, sore throat, diarrhea, and burning while I pee. The symptoms have reduced but now I have lump pressures on both sides of my vagina and I m sleeping more. I still don t have an appetite and I still have bumps and now open sores inside my vagina and now anal and I m confused. What s wrong with me?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this was the history of amenorrhea the then have period then it is the hormone changes and this could be the reason for the symptoms you have else these are not due to any disease some time it could be age related if you are above 35 years old but no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
