It could be a Patent urachus,
Urachal cyst, Umbilical urachal sinus or Vesico-urachal diverticulum.The maximum number of cases are due to urachal anomalies. Other causes may be
pilonidal sinus, infection due to hair follicles, foreign bodies, non-specific acute and chronic inflammation and
abscess of the umbilicus
Get following tests done Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR, BT, CT, Urine: Routine/Microscopic, Urine: Culture sensitivity, Discharge: Culture sensitivity & cytology, RBS, Blood. Urea, S.
Creatinine Histopathological examination if required. Imaging Techniques X-ray abdomen USG,
CT scan may be required.
Take treatment based on investigation reports.
