What Causes One Testicle To Be Larger Than Other?
im 16, im 5,10 and i weigh around 65kg and i dont have any medical history. the question i would like to ask is one of my testilces is MUCh larger than the other one around 4x bigger and is more squishy than the other one is there anything wrong with me?

Obviously there is a problem.
Simple test of passing a light through the swelling will differentiate whether this is a benign hydrocele ( shines through) or a tumor ( light does not pass through ...)
This has to be confirmed be ultrasonography.
The report will lead to a type of surgery you need to undergo.
