What Causes Odor From Vagina?

Just a day ago me and my boyfriend noticed a odor coming from my vagina. I have the implanon and ice never had any stds or infections.. always use protection. I had one miss carriage 3 years ago. This is the first tome I've ever had a odor come from down there. What could be wrong?

Thanks for asking to HCM.
There are several causes of foul odour coming from vagina. More likely, it may due to one of the many possible infections of your vagina and in that case, it might be associated with a discharge as well. Also, cervical cancers present with a characteristic foul odour. IN any case, I'd strongly advise you to visit a gynaecologist and get it diagnosed. Infection should be treated early.
