What Causes Occasional Pinching And Twitching In The Chest?
I had a tonsilectomy last week, I've been having occasional pinching and twitching in my chest near my left breast. Its not constant but it has happened almost every night when I'm sleeping, especially when I'm changing positions. I am 20 years old, female. I had pleurisy when I was 14 and occasionaly I will feel the symptoms of it but its usually all over my chest not just in one spot like this is. I also had a warm sensation all over my left side of my chest at one time. It doesn't hurt constantly though.

This could be cardiac so you need a full heart evaluation
It also could be muscle spasm from low calcium, low potassium or low magnesium so those levels also need checking
