What Causes Obesity In A 5 Year Old Child Eating Cerelac?
Hi I have a child that is turning 5 years old he still eat cerelac( rice)the one for 6 months old. He s looks bigger than his age. He weighs 33kg. I m worried if the cerelac is making him big. He has refused to eat any cereals nor vegetable. But eats rice, chicken and a few food. Likes apple and water melon. What do i do to change his meal. I make him walk and do some light excercise for his weight too. I need help because of his weight.Thank you

control diet, avoid soft drinks, choclates, excessive sugar, excessive meat etc etc
