What Causes Numbness On The Hands With Tender Bone?

my right hand is numb 3 and 4th index finger plus it feels like i have a real tight rubber band around my wrist. I went to the EMG room sat. because i was in a lot of pain in my right arm and the area of my crazy bone was very tender. The arm pain is gone now

After going through your description of suffering the most likely treatable cause is- Carpal tunnel syndrome that is nerve (Median) compression at wrist. This leads to numbness and tingling sensation in thumb, index finger and difficulty in doing fine work. May be confirmed by nerve study (EMG/NCV).
The definitive treatment is small surgical procedure in which the tissue causing nerve compression is released. Meanwhile you can give her tricyclic antidepressant like pregablin after having a word with your local doctor.
