What Causes Numbness On The Face, Tongue And Arms?

Just had my third instance today of my left side going numb. My face and tongue and my arm all go numb on the left side, and audio gets loud and intense. Just started taking high blood pressure medicine Lisiniprol. Is this a side effect of that? Is it something I should worry about? No pain in cheat or heart, no blurry vision or sweating or typical signs of heart attack.
