General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You need an exam by your doctor to be evaluated for physical causes of your symptoms. If there are not physical, correctable causes it can be that your sensations are from PTSD. Seek treatment with a well qualified counselor. Treating PTSD early can prevent long term symptoms. Trauma based cognitive behavioral therapy is very effective for PTSD.
