What Causes Numbness In Thighs During Sleep?

hello, first of all thank you for reviewing my question and answering. I am a female 49 years of age. for a couple of weeks i have been having trouble while sleeping. when i am in a deep sleep, i am awaken by the numbness in my thighs, especially the right one. If i try and move it, the pain is unbearable. While i try and get up and walk on legs it hurts. i have notice it is getting worse as the nights go by. I do take medication for high blood pressure, b12 injections from having a stomach bypass 8 years ago, i take vitamin D, and a womens daily vitamin. I have also noticed lower back is hurting on right side as well.

Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having vitamin b 12 deficiency and low calcium in your body. This can be due to your gastric surgery. I would suggest you to get your serum calcium and vitamin D3 level. Also get serum B 12 estimation of your body.
You should also ensure that there should not be lack of salt in body So I would suggest you following.
1. Increase dose of serum B 12 and calcium, vitamin D3.
2. Also take salty lemonades and juices if you have muscle cramps.
3. Tablet Pregabalin at night time will be usefu lfor you.
Thanks
