What Causes Numbness In The Right Temple?

I ve been having intermittent numbness in my right temple since lunch today. I noticed it after eating, particularly after blowing my nose. I have no other symptoms. (I have regular reflux and sinus issues because of my hiatal hernia. I m not sure if this would be related.)
