Brief answer:
Take pyridoxine, vit B12, Folic acid supplementation and use MCR flipflops..
Consult GP for swelling..

Hi Thanks for asking us...

I have gone through your problem.. Diabetes and DOTS treatment which contain Isoniazid can cause peripheral neuropathy making your nerves damaged causing these numbness, pain, tingling..

But dont stop DOTS treatment.. you just can take pyridoxine, vit B12 and folic acid supplements which can counter attack nerve damage.. so take these supplements along with DOTS and get your TB completely cured..

Take care of your foot properly by wearing MCR cheppals or flipflops[Diabetic foot care].. they can protect your foot from minor injuries leading to infection..

Good control of your blood sugar is another task to decrease nerve damage...

Coming to selling.. here it seems you have got some infection.. consult physician for this.. if its infected you may need an antibiotic course for which you need your physicians careful prescription as you are already on multiple antibiotics as a part of DOTS...

I know its multiple things you need to take care.. but its ok..soon after DOTS things will become easy..

Hope my answer helps a bit..
