What Causes Numbness In Lip And Nose?

My top right lip and the right side of my nose goes numb sometimes.. Sometimes it'll only last a minute but today it's been happening for more than 5 minutes and it won't go away.. Can you please tell me why this happens or any possibilities on what it could be? Thank you

Thanks for your question dear if you have chronic disease like Hypertention or diabetes. You should have blood pressure reading and if it is high with this numbness you should have ct brain plain
