Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My father is 80 years old and still plays tennis 3x per week. in last few months he is complaining of numbness in both legs, almost to the point of when he sits for longer than 30 minutes, he must get circulation going in legs in order to stand or walk. Thoughts?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, such numbness may not be due to any disease but this could be due to some local and nonspecific symptoms may be geriatric one, and this is nothing to worry, if the symptoms becomes worse then this may need CT imaging study, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
