Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think it can be a nerve related pain. Some time in cases of disc herniation pain goes from knee to ankle and such pain is also associated with numbness. I would suggest you to take following steps.
1.Get a spine x ray to see if there is decrease in disc space.
2.Start taking Pregabalin and Methylcobal after consulting with your doctor.
3. start hot water fomentation.
4.Avoid Lifting heavy weight and forward bending as these movements can cause more pressure.
I hope these steps will help you in pain relieving. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
