General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Tingling, Numbness, Burning sensation (especially in the evening) and Pain are symptoms of damage to the peripheral nerves called neuropathy in persons with diabetes mellitus.
You need to be assessed for the type of damage that could have been caused along with strict measures to control you blood glucose levels.
You can be treated with multi-vitamin capsules and anti-oxidant compounds, which would help to improve the situation and prevent further deterioration by preventing the damage.
Kindly consult Diabetologist or Physician in this regard for appropriate evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
