Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of numbness in chest radiating to the arm along with heart burn which seems to be either infection or inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to proton pump inhibitors and antacids such as Pantoprazole along with domperidone. You should take antispasmodics as well. You should consult gastroenterologist once and get complete blood investigations done. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. also eat slowly , drink plenty of warm water , do moderate workout , Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for condition like angina.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
