What Causes Numbness In Buttocks And Difficulty In Urinating Post Back Surgery?
I had back surgery 15 days ago to remove tarlov cysts that were pushing on my sciatic nerve and causing severe pain in n my right leg. The pain is gone in my leg but now I am numb on the right side of the saddle area and bowel movements and utinating are getting much worse. What has happened to me?

hello dear,
i undeerstand your consult,
as you had a cyst that resulted sciatica and doctor had removed the problem as soved but now your with new problem is saddle anaesthesia.
this may be due incomplete clearrance of cyst,or pressure effect on nerve during or after surgery.
it is one of complication of surgery.go and meet your doctor as soon as possible.
or
for now take pill of TAB neurbion forte plus od for 30days
