Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I think there is cervical spondylitits in your neck. In this disease there is compression of the nerves and that causes tingling and numbness in the upper limb. To confirm the diagnosis MRI of the cervical spine is needed .It will show how much nerve compression is there .If it is in early stage then it can be treated with soft cervical collar and physiotherapy like intermittent cervical traction exercises and neck muscle strengthening exercises.
If it is in advanced stage and problem is not solved by conservative method then surgery is indicated.
