What Causes Numbness In Arms And Headache?

My right hand started falling asleep and numbness a couple months ago. Now it is my entire arm and moving ... It s at all times. Couple days ago a headache has started and still here. Yesterday I began feeling very dizzy. Dropping things and kinda fuzzy..thoughts ?
