What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Leg And Arm?

Hello, I had a fall surfing about 2 months ago, I was a little sore for a week or 2, neck pain still resides, when I turn my head and hold an arm up, I get a numbness/tingling/shock sensation ---this has been steady. More recently I was stung or bit by (maybe a stingray) no spine or foreign object left in foot where it got me, this incident gave me pain for about 2 hours and then seemed fine. For the last couple of weeks, I have had uncontrollable twitching in my left cheek, my left arm is numb or tingly, left leg numb and tingly, and both of my hips feel like they belong to a 90 year old man I am 39 Male physically active and fit.

Well, these are signs of certain neuropathic issues and this is most commonly seen in some metabolic disorders such as diabetes,of the most common causes of peripheral neuropathy, accounting for about 30% of cases. In diabetic neuropathy, tingling and other symptoms often first develop in both feet and go up the legs, followed by tingling and other symptoms that affect both hands and go up the arms.
