What Causes Numbness And Tingling Feeling In The Body?

my husband is at work and said that his whole left side of his body went numb he couldnt move or speak. he said it felt like his whole left side of body was tingling and the left side of his face went droopy... it lasted about 10 mins. he is only 28 years old?

hello
the symptoms suggests focal neurological deficit, as it lasted for few minutes it may be transient ischemic effect.
this kind of deficit may recur in future, so I will advise you to consult neurologist or local physician and take his opinion as early as possible.
I will advise you to check basic blood tests like complete blood count, esr, blood sugar, renal and liver function tests, ECG etc and consult doctor.
