What Causes Numbness And Pressure In Nose And Tongue?

For about a week I have had the following symptons:

Numbness and/or pressure 'behind/in' my nose

-Pressure in roof of mouth and upper teeth

-tongue stuffness or numbness

I went to the ENT today and he said my sinuses were clear. The dentist looked at my teeth and mouth and did not see anything. Any thought to what this could be? Could it be related to anxiety or something more serious?

Hi.
IN ENT practice, it is mandatory to have a high resolution CT scan of the sinuses and whole maxilla as the appearance of the real picture on clinical grounds takes a lot more time. and to rule out internal Cancer or infection CT scan alone helps.
Another possibility is an infected dentigerous cyst or naso-laibial cysr , which can be seen only on the CT scan.
Get started with the course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
