What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Feet?

Doctor; Recently (11-13) I had a broken cage removed from my lumbar spine. I started to heal but then about the first of this year. The numbness I had in my feet became worse and I started feeling it up my legs, It also started in the little fingers of my hands now I am numb to the lower waist and into my shoulders It is very uncomfortable with pain also and at most time my pain level is from five to eight.

you should take methycobalamin and folic acid tablets.
get an xray/ mri done
